If you sign up for our newsletter, we process your email address to send you news, offers, and information about Follery. Signing up is voluntary and based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email or by contacting the address listed below. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected. We store your email address for newsletter delivery until you unsubscribe.
Depending on use, data may be shared with providers for hosting, payments, email delivery, logging, maps/location functions, and technical infrastructure. Stripe is used for payment processing when Stripe payment is enabled.
Booking and tax-relevant data is stored according to statutory retention obligations. Gameplay data, logs, and uploaded content are stored only as long as required for operation, support, security, or legal obligations.
